A reminder that we are indeed "Breathing the Breathe" that God gave us after all
"Ngoh hai lei ge yan" in Cantonese, or "Wo tze ni te ren". This Chinese phrase came repeatedly to me. Tonight, or rather this morning, I am once again humbled by the goodness of the Lord, and reminded deeply, that - as this song says:
We, and I -- all of us -- absolutely, as His creation, His children, His beloved -- belong totally to Him. And everything, absolutely everything and anything anyone ever has - belongs to Him in the first place. So what shall a man gain, if he gains the whole world, but loses his soul? And what can we indeed give Him, that He has not given in the first place? A humbling reminder from such a good Father!
