what "culture" am i subscribing to by my beliefs?

I just listened to a great testimony of someone's mom who was healed of womb cancer. He started his testimony of God's healing by saying his dad had called him that the report came back that his mom had womb cancer. He said, Our culture is, cancer has no power. The womb was created where covenants are formed, where love comes together and life is formed." Then he declared that the womb is created by God to be these things and cancer had no power over the womb, over their family, and commanded the cancer to disappear, etc. He asked his pastor to pray with him in agreement, and later on, he prayed and felt saw an angel and the angel had given his mom a new womb. Biopsy report came back clear. Then he wanted to testify, and tried to text his mother to ask, what is the truth of the matter?" But received no reply. Then felt the Lord asked him to share what he BELIEVED. So he shared on Sunday during the service what he believed. Later that day, his mom heard the podcast of the testimony - at that point, she still had the tumour, and some bledding, but when she heard the testimony, she got healed. The tumour disappeared, and the bleeding stopped. Reports came back all cleared. His sister also heard the podcast, and she had irregular period, and she also got healed. All glory be to God.

Hearing this touched a deep chord in my heart, and I have to ask myself: what "culture" do I believe in? seriously, at this point, i probably have a defeatist mentality rather than the one the Lord was grooming me to start with. Please forgive me Lord. I had allowed my circumstances and experience unknowingly to influence my beliefs rather than what the truth of God's word said: By the stripes of Jesus, you have been healed." Shall I make the word of God no effect by my foolish unbelief? Please forgive me Lord, I repent of unbelief. Please heal my heart and mind of unbelief. Help me to believe You. in Jesus's name, amen.
