Some hard facts to myself...
If I'm fat, it's my fault for overeating or eating unhealthily or not taking care of my health. Don't blame the chocolates.
If the house needs cleaning, I should just roll up my sleeves and clean it. Don't procrastinate and blame there's no new vacuum bag.
er... before i continue down this parody of self-reprimanding... if you're my hubby and reading this... please don't repeat these statements or taunt me with them. ;p
if i feel my life is disorganised, then i should start reviving my GTD. now, where is my notebook.
if I am hungry, then i should plan to cook hours before i get hungry. instant food dont taste too good or comforting (nor is it healthy).
don't bother being a perfectionist. It'll get you nowhere - to wait for all situations to fall in place cos it never does. Just be a pragmatist when it comes to work. So just do what you can to the best with the time available.
if you feel disorganised, just do a simple skeleton schedule for the week. (Dont be too detailed ahead- it never works. Anyway, you need to live in the present, not past nor future).
be humble. be humble. if you dont know, dont reinvent the wheel. google it. hahahah

what season is it? fasting and praying? feasting (maybe not cos you need to lose weight). time to work?(a definite yes) time to sleep? Pray the Lord's prayer. Get to work. yea, i can do that....
